Kendra Nix offers fractional operations consulting and implementation services including but not limited to: Power Hour sessions, Operations Audits, Backend Buildout intensives, and Fractional Chief of Staff retainers. All services are described on our website and are subject to the specific terms outlined in individual service agreements or invoices.
All service fees are due as outlined in your individual service agreement or at the time of booking. We accept payment via the methods made available through our booking platforms. All prices are listed in USD.
Due to the nature of consulting and implementation services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a service has been delivered or once work has commenced. If you have concerns about your experience, please contact us at hello@kendranix.com and we will work to address them.
For digital products, all sales are final upon delivery of the digital file or access link.
The specific deliverables, timelines, and scope for each service engagement will be outlined in your service agreement. Any work outside the agreed scope will be quoted and billed separately.

Custom deliverables created for your business as part of a paid engagement become your property upon receipt of full payment.
